The Opportunity

As a Business Development Trainee, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. This 6-month remote position is designed for strategic thinkers who want to learn how to build partnerships and drive business growth in the dynamic EdTech sector. You will gain invaluable exposure to market research, client communication, and proposal development as you help us forge new relationships with institutional partners.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify, analyze, and prioritize new business opportunities and potential institutional partners.
• Assist in drafting compelling proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements tailored to prospective clients.
• Support the senior team in strategic communication and outreach to institutional stakeholders, helping to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Help manage and update the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure all client interactions are tracked effectively.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for clear and persuasive articulation.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team.
