The Opportunity

This role is designed for individuals passionate about education who want to learn how to design, structure, and refine high-quality learning content. As a Curriculum Developer Trainee, you'll join the team that designs the educational blueprints for our courses. This 6-month remote position will give you hands-on experience in curriculum design, content sequencing, and aligning learning materials with both national and international educational standards.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Contribute to the design and structuring of educational content for various subjects and grade levels.
• Support the logical sequencing and organization of academic materials to create coherent learning pathways.
• Refine and edit content in collaboration with subject matter experts and senior curriculum designers to ensure quality and clarity.
• Research and ensure that all content is aligned with national and international educational standards and best practices.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a degree in Education or a specific subject area (e.g., English, Math, Science, Computer Science).
• A strong academic background and a deep understanding of your subject matter.
• Excellent organizational, research, and time-management skills.
• A keen interest in pedagogy, instructional design, and the future of education.
