The Opportunity

This role is designed for aspiring digital marketers who are keen to learn the ins and outs of effective email communication. As an Email Marketing Trainee, you will join our marketing team for a 6-month remote traineeship and dive into the world of digital engagement. You'll learn how to design, execute, and analyze email campaigns using modern marketing tools, contributing directly to our audience growth and nurturing strategies.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Assist in the end-to-end design and implementation of email marketing campaigns, from concept to execution.
• Learn and apply principles of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Help manage and maintain our email lists and contribute to the development of marketing automation workflows.
• Contribute to writing compelling, on-brand email copy that drives engagement and conversions.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• An analytical mindset with a genuine interest in using data to inform marketing decisions.
• A proactive learner, eager to master new tools and technologies. Familiarity with email marketing concepts is a plus.
