The Opportunity

This role is for creative individuals who want to translate ideas into high-impact visuals and learn professional design principles. This 6-month remote traineeship is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills as a graphic designer. You'll work on a variety of projects, from marketing campaigns to educational materials, and build a strong portfolio of professional work that showcases your talent.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Create compelling visual designs for digital and print materials, including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Learn and apply professional design principles, layout, branding, and typography to all creative work.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm concepts and execute design projects.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of a library of visual assets that align with MENTISERA's brand identity.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A creative portfolio showcasing your design skills and a strong understanding of visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools like Figma.
• A strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout.
