The Opportunity

This role is designed for subject matter experts who are passionate about teaching and eager to gain experience in online instruction. As an InstructorTrainee, you'll have the chance to share your expertise with students in a remote setting. This 6-month position will allow you to develop your teaching skills, contribute to course development, and make a real impact on learners across various academic domains.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Deliver engaging and effective online lectures, tutorials, and discussions in your area of expertise.
• Assist in the creation and evaluation of student assignments, quizzes, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Participate in the research and development of new, innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to students to help them achieve their learning objectives.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in the subject you wish to teach (e.g., Computer Science, English, Physics, etc.).
• Deep and demonstrable knowledge in your academic domain.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching, mentorship, and helping others learn and succeed.
