The Opportunity

This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with a passion for education and assessment. This 6-month remote position provides hands-on experience in the world of educational assessment. You'll work with our team to create and review assessment items (questions) for a variety of subjects, ensuring they are fair, valid, and reliable measures of knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Assist in the development and writing of high-quality assessment items (e.g., multiple-choice, short answer, fill-in-the-blank) for various subjects.
• Contribute to the creation, expansion, and maintenance of our digital question banks.
• Participate in the quality review process for all evaluation items, checking for accuracy, clarity, and fairness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure all assessment content is accurate and curriculum-aligned.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a degree in Education, a specific subject area, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• A demonstrable interest in educational measurement, assessment, and psychometrics.
