What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Support the content and engagement team in managing multi-platform social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
• Develop compelling and on-brand content (text, images, videos) tailored for various platforms.
• Analyze social media insights to track performance, identify trends, and enhance our digital presence.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive community environment.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• A deep understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Strong writing and visual communication skills, with an eye for detail and design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
