The Opportunity

This role is for aspiring instructional designers who want to learn how to create engaging and effective e-learning experiences. This 6-month remote traineeship will immerse you in the world of instructional design. You'll learn about e-learning design frameworks (like ADDIE and SAM), storyboarding, and how to integrate technology into education, all while working on real projects for MENTISERA.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Learn and apply established e-learning design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to course development projects.
• Assist in creating detailed storyboards and scripts for e-learning modules and video content.
• Support the integration of technology and interactive elements into educational content to enhance engagement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and curriculum developers to transform raw content into structured learning experiences.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, or a related field.
• A strong, demonstrable interest in e-learning, educational technology, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• A creative mindset and an eagerness to learn new authoring tools and design methodologies.
