About the Foundation
The MENTISERA Foundation Pakistan is a non-profit initiative of MENTISERA Enterprises, dedicated to transforming education and digital inclusion across Pakistan. Our mission is simple yet transformative — to train and empower 100,000 educators, including women and rural teachers, by 2030 through technology-driven learning and capacity-building programs.
We believe that empowering educators means empowering generations. Our foundation serves as a bridge between innovation, education, and social responsibility, working toward a digitally literate and globally competitive Pakistan.

MENTISERA Digital Educators Fellowship (MDEF)
Our flagship 6-month online training program designed to transform traditional teaching into future-ready digital education. Educators gain hands-on experience in:
- Digital pedagogy and online classroom tools
- Artificial intelligence and adaptive learning methods
- Internet ethics, governance, and cybersecurity awareness
- Educational innovation and content design

Women in Digital Education Program (WDEP)
Under our gender equity agenda, the Women in Digital Education Program provides women teachers, trainers, and entrepreneurs with advanced digital skills and leadership training.

Our 2030 Roadmap
By 2030, the MENTISERA Foundation aims to have trained 100,000 educators nationwide — including 50,000 women educators — in modern teaching, digital innovation, and leadership.
